You must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before you send your
merchandise back to VRP, request your RMA number by calling (775) 884-1300 ext. 232 or by sending
an email to returns@vrp.com. NOTE: Your request
for an RMA number must be placed in writing within 30 days of receiving your package.

Upon receiving your package from Vitamin Research, carefully check the invoice
found inside with the products you received. Occasionally, the environmentally-sound
packing material inside your box can 'hide' and coverup smaller bottles. If there is

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEARING BROWSER CACHE BY BROWSER.

Microsoft Internet Explorer.
1) Launch the browser.
2) From the menu bar (at the top) select Tools, then Internet Options.
3) A Popup will appear, on the General Tab (selected by default) in the section "Temporary Internet files", click the "Delete Files..." button.
Another popup will appear, Click the "OK" button. ( The popup will go away)
4) Now you can Click on the "OK" button on the remaining popup.
All done! You have just cleared your browsers cache.
NetScape Navigator
1) Launch the browser.
2) From the menu bar (at the top) select Edit, then Preferences.
3) A Popup will appear, on the left panel, at the bottom, click on the "+" sign nect to the Advanced selection. This should cause three more entries to be displayed, "Cache", "Proxies" and "SmartUpdate". Click on "Cache".
4) This will bring up on the top right panel, two buttons, "Clear Memory Cache"
and "Clear Disk Cache". Click on each one, when the popup is displayed for each just click the "OK" button.
5) Now you can Click on the "OK" button on the remaining popup.
All done! You have just cleared your browsers cache.
It is also recommended that you close the browser prior to surfing
the web to insure that all changes take affect.
